IT Operations Specialist

Support day-to-day IT operations to help the company scale, including accurate onboarding and offboarding, provisioning and troubleshooting laptops/endpoints, and resolving hardware, software, access, and account issues. Manage access requests with approvals and least-privilege practices, support RBAC rollouts and access reviews, and contribute to security questionnaires, audit evidence collection, and other compliance operations. Partner with engineering and security leadership to keep documentation and runbooks up to date.
