Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and verify incoming equipment and match items to turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Update Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP) to reflect receipt transactions.
  • •Stage, transfer, and coordinate outbound shipments, including generating shipping documents such as DD Form 1348-1A, bills of lading, TCMDs, and DD Form 1149.
  • •Maintain accurate inbound/outbound shipment logs and file shipping/receiving/discrepancy reports in line with ISO 9001:2015 and auditing standards.
  • •Coordinate with transportation and supply teams to resolve documentation/shipment discrepancies and communicate status to site supervisors and the COR.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s in logistics or supply preferred.
  • •2–4 years of shipping, receiving, or supply experience in a military or contractor environment.
  • •Familiarity with Army supply/transportation documentation and systems (highly desirable).
  • •Knowledge of Army regulations AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (OF 346 licenses preferred).
