•Installing, Upgrading and configuring application software
•supporting application software
•Overseeing systems performance and troubleshooting issues
•document related application operational procedures and guides

Key Requirements

•Ability to solve problems in stressful situations with strong attention to detail and the ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users.
•Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, AIX, etc.) and experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, tools, and implementation.
•Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills; self-motivated and a team player who can work independently.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
•At least 2+ years of relevant experience; knowledge of IBM products; experience with scripting languages; familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes; knowledge of RedHat OpenShift container platform.
