Translate business and customer needs into IT and product initiatives for a gift card program and digital rewards ecosystem. Review and enhance end-to-end workflows, gather and document requirements, and lead workshops to define functional and technical specs and acceptance criteria. Use analytics and journey mapping to identify improvements, propose commercial value proposition and business rules, and deliver reporting solutions that support financial compliance, security standards, and successful change management.

•Translate customer and business strategies into IT and product initiatives and validate feasibility for strategic objectives
•Gather requirements, maintain documentation, and deliver reporting solutions for B2B and B2C gift card outcomes
•Propose commercial value proposition and business rules, ensuring technical feasibility, cost/viability considerations, and clearly defined acceptance criteria
•Identify feature and journey improvements across the gift card lifecycle using analytics and end-to-end mapping
•Communicate how features and processes work to support successful implementation from a change management perspective, including quality/test solutions

Key Requirements

•3+ years of analysis experience
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, or business
•Proven understanding and work experience in Agile methodologies and principles

•Ability to develop current and to-be processes, including documentation of new procedures and supporting wire frames
