Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns and successfully retain existing client contracts
•Support the direct manager in the management of contract renewals with existing customers and coordinate with the Sales and Account management teams accordingly
•Initiate renewal conversations with customers, respond to queries and proactively follow up prior to contract expiration dates
•Identify customers’ needs and opportunities for improvement prior to and during the renewal process and engage the direct manager accordingly
•Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks and drive renewals to timely closures in coordination with the direct manager

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
•Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Renewals of contracts for Software Solutions.
