Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as haul truck, skid steer, and man lift; report problems to your manager.
•Haul materials from stockpiles to the crusher.
•Partner with other quarry employees as instructed by the facility manager to ensure daily schedules are met.
•Perform minor servicing and maintenance on plant equipment as needed.
•Perform daily pre-and-post inspections with documentation and promptly communicate with supervisors on any flaws in material, hazards, or obstructions.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
•Communicate well and work with supervisors, truck drivers, heavy equipment operators, and other employees.
•Follow written and/or verbal instructions and maintain good attendance and punctuality.
•Pass pre-employment physical and pre-employment controlled substance testing.
•Conform to and maintain OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and all other company or state rules; must have current US authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance before start date.
