Key Responsibilities

•Lead Japanese-led web strategy development and global negotiations, partnering with the global Web/Digital team in English and ensuring Japan has ownership over operations.
•Create and promote a Japan-first global model, collaborating with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to develop engagement content and optimize websites.
•Continuously improve web performance for AI era, using GA4, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio to visualize KPIs (ROI, CPL, MQL conversion) and drive PDCA cycles for e-commerce and self‑service conversions.
•Drive SEO and AI-enhanced optimization (AEO) through keyword design, meta descriptions, and GTM tag management to optimize the site for new search/search behaviors.
•Manage external vendors (translation agencies, production vendors) to ensure high-quality creative and localized content delivery.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience creating and operating web content in a B2B marketing environment, with a track record of driving engagement and conversions.
•Ability to propose and negotiate Japanese market strategies with HQ and lead projects autonomously.
•Business-level English and fluent Japanese, plus strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
•Enterprise Web CMS experience (Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and hands-on content operations.
•Marketing technology expertise including GA4, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce CRM; willingness to actively learn new tools.
