Job Summary

Lead manufacturing cell operations on the Tucson, AZ site for the second shift, managing up to 20+ touch labor employees. Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily management and direction for up to 20+ touch labor employees within one shift.
•Define operational schedules, priorities, and goals; collaborate with functional support employees to enable continuous manufacturing.
•Manage schedule, quality, and cost performance for assigned work areas.
•Interface with site leadership and bargaining unit workforce to communicate customer and site requirements.
•Ensure compliance with operating procedures, directives, and work instructions while maintaining safe working environment.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
•Experience with manufacturing or operations.
•Active and transferable Secret clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for clearance.
•Manage and lead up to 20+ touch personnel (daily management and direction within one shift).
•Demonstrated ability to perform sequencing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting tasks in support of manufacturing workflow.
