Senior People Business Partner for the Go-to-Market organization, partnering with GTM leadership to shape org design, talent strategy, performance management, and change management during a period of rapid growth. You’ll translate business context into people priorities, build management capability, and collaborate across RevOps, Talent, and Finance to support headcount planning and organizational effectiveness in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategic partnership to GTM leadership: serve as the trusted people partner to GTM leadership, surface systemic issues, risks, and opportunities before they become urgent.
•Bring data-driven insights to advise management on org design, succession planning, performance, retention, and engagement.
•Build management capacity across the GTM org, equipping leaders with the skills to hire well, set expectations, give feedback, and develop their teams.
•Partner with GTM leadership, RevOps, Talent, and Finance on headcount planning and tracking, supporting annual planning and adjustments.
•Support change management efforts across GTM to navigate growth and evolving org structure.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually
