Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inbound product direction for an assigned MARS for Agents surface by researching agentic AI capabilities, attacker techniques, and relevant standards and integrations.
  • •Translate customer, market, and competitive signals into engineering-ready requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) and roadmap input.
  • •Own and groom the backlog, prioritizing day-to-day work and partnering with engineering across refinement, in-sprint questions, review, and release.
  • •Prototype and validate proposed behavior hands-on using AI coding assistants, MCP clients, and agent runtimes; define and track success metrics post-release.
  • •Enable the field by briefing solutions engineering/support, maintaining capability documentation, and engaging customers/sales/marketing for requirement gathering and positioning.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of product management/product owner experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise infrastructure, or security software, owning a complex technical product end to end.
  • •Ability to write clear engineering-ready requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) and own a backlog end to end for a technically complex product surface.
  • •Comfort operating with high autonomy, working from strategic direction and driving research, requirements, engineering partnership, and launch across multiple related surfaces.
  • •Working knowledge of AI agent technology (LLMs/agents, autonomous vs hybrid human-in-the-loop, tool/function calling) and the MCP ecosystem to the depth needed to write MCP Server/Proxy requirements.
  • •Real cybersecurity background with familiarity in identity and access management and proxy/gateway architectures (forward proxy, reverse proxy, secure web gateway/SSE/SASE) and content/traffic inspection.
