IA Quality Assurance Manager

Lead end-to-end quality assurance reviews for the Internal Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program, including planning QA initiatives, defining scope, executing reviews, and validating audit issue remediation. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, delegate and review work papers, and coach team members on risk assessment and control evaluation. Serve as a bridge between QA leadership and audit teams, incorporating regulatory and industry changes to strengthen audit execution quality.
