Job Summary

Lead and deliver infrastructure projects within WSP’s Project, Commercial & Programme Management (PMCM) team, supporting sectors such as highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, flood, water, wind, carbon capture, nuclear, defence, and utilities. Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk, driving stakeholder engagement, commercial discipline, and continuous improvement using NEC4/ECC contract management. Collaborate with and lead multi-discipline teams while supporting client project managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects and programmes.
•Lead and support multi-discipline teams while collaborating with client project managers.
•Apply commercial discipline, including financial control and NEC4/ECC contract management.
•Drive risk, change, and commercial management to support continuous improvement and innovation.
•Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and manage health, safety, quality, and environmental aspects of projects.

Key Requirements

•Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) and experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes.
•Proven project delivery experience, including working alongside and leading multi-discipline teams and collaborating closely with client project managers.
•Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
•Commercial acumen, including financial discipline and NEC4/ECC contract management experience (accreditation preferred).
•Experience managing risk, change, and commercial management, with a commitment to professional development and managing health, safety, quality, and environmental aspects.
