Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts, diagnosing issues and determining root cause and corrective action.
  • •Practice safe job practices while working on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; maintain complete electronic documentation.
  • •Use laptops and tablets comfortably and apply independent judgment to troubleshoot and repair rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites for repairs when required; help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.

  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate company vehicle.
