Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, align, and implement commodity strategies.
  • •Negotiate and manage maintenance of supplier agreements that structure business relationships with the supply base.
  • •Engage with the PLC process to ensure alignment with commodity strategies.
  • •Direct new supplier introduction and/or disengagement requirements for Applied Materials’ supply base.
  • •Drive resolution to systemic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, or lead-time, including sub-tier engagement, and develop cost reduction opportunities.
