Job Summary

Own backlog quality and translate business requirements into clear user stories for a global mobile application team. Serve as the primary stakeholder interface, analyze business processes, and prioritize backlog items by value, complexity, and risk. Partner with QA to define acceptance criteria and test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and launch features across multiple markets. Accelerate BA workflows and specify AI-powered features using AI productivity tools.

•Work with QA teams to develop test cases covering business requirements and acceptance criteria, addressing product challenges with innovative solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products according to business requirements, including identifying AI-powered features in the backlog.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including backlog management and prioritization in Agile environments.
•Excellent stakeholder communication and management; proficiency in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria; strong English communication.
•Practical proficiency with AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for BA workflows, with GenAI familiarity as a plus.
