Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive BIM standards execution by ensuring BIM Execution Plan requirements are implemented, maintained, and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Manage CDE model structure and provide supervision/support for partner model setup and maintenance, including 3D scanning/reality capture workflows.
  • •Perform QA/QC health checks on federated and trade models, monitor clash resolution progress, generate clash numbers/reports, and prioritize coordination efforts based on construction plans.
  • •Coordinate data and documentation to support handover from construction to operations, including as-constructed/as-built updates using 3D scans and ensuring facility management data is entered.
  • •Participate in BIM coordination meetings, assist pre-construction constructability reviews, facilitate GC review sessions with Micron operations input, and provide training on BIM platform usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Work with partners to develop and execute the BIM Execution Plan while ensuring Micron BIM standards are incorporated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Maintain and manage model organization and folder structure within the Common Data Environment (CDE) per BEP/Micron standards.
  • •Conduct QA/QC and health checks on federated models, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to the project’s BIM execution plan.
  • •Use BIM platforms and software such as BIM 360, Revit, Glue, and Navisworks, including shop drawing support from coordinated 3D models.
  • •Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to organize data, write reports, and support analysis and decision-making.
