Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, salary negotiation, offer rollout, induction, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.
  • •Support HR in planning and developing the annual manpower acquisition plan, budget, and recruitment strategy (including job posting optimization and employment marketing).
  • •Facilitate performance management for Retail & Warehouse, supporting KPI setting, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals, and salary increments/promotions, with IT coordination for system readiness.
  • •Generate and maintain HR reports and trackers (including performance management, attrition, disciplinary, and PIP), ensuring accurate data in the My Landmark System.
  • •Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly, and support HR projects aligned with the People Strategy and business strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or post-graduate with specialization in Human Resources Management.
  • •4-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • •Knowledge of HR processes and policies.
  • •Knowledge of local labour law and legal compliance.
  • •Knowledge of performance management.
