Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Provide exemplary customer service, educate customers on deposit products, follow up with new customers, refer customers to other bank areas, and follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
