Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a point of escalation for project issues, improving performance across resourcing, technical matters, and invoice/cash collection challenges.
  • •Drive performance through forecasting, working capital monitoring, and adherence to the AECOM Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • •Manage program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs, including proactive governance and risk management.
  • •Directly manage and coach approximately 125 department staff, including training/mentoring project delivery employees and implementing succession plans.
  • •Partner with business leadership to grow profitable backlog, develop budgets, lead capture strategies, and oversee Salesforce pipeline and detailed forecast data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).

  • •Strong knowledge and track record in the environmental/remediation business, including risk-based strategic asset management and advocacy across state jurisdictions.
