Job Summary

Execute customer retention marketing programs across SMS and email, partnering with CSM, Support, and Professional Services teams to align on goals and drive performance. Build and configure List Growth tools, segments, campaigns, journeys, reports, and email sends in the Attentive UI, applying channel best practices to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. Serve as an Attentive expert for onboarding and recurring engagements while translating customer feedback into product recommendations.

•Execute customer projects to ensure successful partnerships and retention outcomes.
•Design and build List Growth tools, segments, campaigns, journeys, reports, and email sends within the Attentive UI.
•Run cross-channel marketing initiatives including promotional email campaigns, automated journeys, and transactional messaging programs.
•Apply SMS and email channel best practices to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
•Manage assigned accounts with Attentive teams to support customer adoption and translate feedback into product recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success, Support, or Agency role.
•Prior experience with SaaS or E-Commerce platforms preferred.
•Familiarity with email marketing execution, including campaigns, automated journeys, and transactional messaging.
•Understand key metrics such as List Growth, Revenue, and Message-Level Performance.
•Strong organization and prioritization skills, with proactive communication (Slack or Zoom).
