Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an SAP solution architect and SME for Procure-to-Pay capabilities in Accounts Payable and related functions.
  • •Own the global PTP and Accounts Payable template and drive process standardization across the organization.
  • •Lead internal and external teams through project implementation stages and manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
  • •Conduct demand management, capital requests, and cost/benefit analysis; gather business requirements and develop functional specifications and test case management.
  • •Manage end-to-end PTP applications and integrations with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, including configuring vendor payment processing and banking integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in Information Systems with SAP functional and configuration experience.
  • •2-4 years of people management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement processes, accounts payable, vendor payment processes, and related systems (SAP).
  • •Deep understanding of integration between SAP and non-SAP applications (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP DRC, SAP Integration Suite, SAP MDG, ARIBA Suite).
  • •Experience with OCR and invoice management solutions such as OpenText, SAP VIM, Basware, Readsoft, Tungsten, and Ariba Suite.
