Job Summary

Support multiple client groups by partnering with HR to deliver core HR services for the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Display Flexible Technology, and corporate functions. Shape HR BU/function strategies, conduct talent and organizational assessments, design change management and engagement plans, and coach executive leadership and managers. Partner with COE and HR Ops to execute initiatives, leverage Workday and workforce analytics, and contribute to HR diligence for M&A integration.

•Proactively shape HR BU/function strategies and priorities to align to BU strategy and changing needs.
•Diagnose and recommend interventions to optimize business performance and execute strategy goals at the leadership level.
•Conduct organizational and talent assessments; develop talent strategy, pipeline, and workforce capability (selection, assessment, development, succession).
•Design and implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies within the BU/function.
•Leverage HR and analytics tools (e.g., Workforce Dashboard, Workday) to support business strategy; partner with COE and HR Ops to deliver initiatives and as needed contribute to HR diligence for M&A/integration(s).

•Ability to coach and partner with executive leadership and management on performance management, disciplinary actions, and career development.
