•Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability
•Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions
•Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes
•Manage complex projects end-to-end: Drive autonomous delivery in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
•Strong SQL fluency; able to query, analyze, and structure data to drive insights and automation.
•Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
•Bonus: experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems
