Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • •7–10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing process design, capacity analysis, labor optimization, line balancing, process capability, and root-cause problem solving.
  • •Experience with capital equipment, automation, manufacturing launches, capacity expansion, facility changes, and manufacturing data systems (ERP/MES or similar).
