•Partner with the NZ MD to develop annual plans and deliver targets for the year.
•Ensure accurate trade spend management and provide clear variance analyses to forecast and budget.
•Forecast accurately across clusters and align with RGM to deliver expected plans.
•Drive cost optimization and KPI improvements for merchandisers and third-party sales force.
•Develop and implement an optimal Go To Market strategy and pricing/credit policies for multiple channels, while guiding the sales team and ensuring robust budgets and forecasts.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in commercial finance and/or FP&A
•Tertiary qualification in accounting / finance
•CA/CPA or equivalent
•Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholder levels
•Deep grasp of commercial fundamentals in CPG/FMCG environment
