Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the NZ MD to develop annual plans and deliver targets.
  • •Manage trade spend accurately and analyze monthly financial performance vs forecast and budget variances.
  • •Implement clear processes across Sales, Sales Finance, Category Finance, RGM, Controlling, and GBS in line with ANZ.
  • •Drive cost optimization and KPIs for merchandisers and 3rd party sales force; ensure accurate cluster forecasting.
  • •Direct, develop, and approve sales and co-op strategies (Retail, Food Service, Exports), including pricing and credit policies, and represent the company on major accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualification in accounting/finance and CA/CPA (or equivalent).
  • •8+ years of experience in commercial finance and/or FP&A.
  • •Deep commercial fundamentals in a CPG/FMCG environment.
  • •Strong trade spend management and accruals experience.
  • •Experience at a senior level in FMCG and working with large retailers.
