Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ERP initiatives across the full program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, delivery, and closure.
  • •Manage scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions with proactive escalation when blockers arise.
  • •Ensure initiatives have clear objectives, owners, requirements, acceptance criteria, documentation, and completion criteria.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to translate business priorities into executable technical work.
  • •Maintain the ERP work-management system and program backlog (priorities, owners, status, timelines, dependencies, documentation) and produce status reports/executive summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of project or program management experience supporting ERP/enterprise technical business systems.
  • •Experience with an enterprise ERP platform, with Oracle Fusion preferred (SAP also relevant).
  • •Understanding of how ERP technology supports Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business functions.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
