Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all project phases from inception through completion with continuous interface to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee project schedules and budgets with financial control; validate/revise cost estimates and process payment requests per contract terms.
  • •Direct and supervise general contractors and directly contracted vendors/consultants; conduct construction work-in-place reviews and quality validations.
  • •Maintain and mitigate project risks, including running risk workshops and managing the risk register; track critical milestones to prevent schedule slips.
  • •Lead value engineering sessions and oversee transfer of building operations to the client, including closeout documentation, warranties, and compliance with HSE regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of professional experience as a project manager.
  • •Experience in commissioning and sector experience such as corporate occupier, retail, and real estate.
  • •An engineering or architectural degree with chartered status.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish to lead meetings, prepare reports, and communicate with clients and suppliers.
  • •PMI (or equivalent) certification is a plus; knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is a plus, and AutoCAD/BIM is desirable.
