Job Summary

Serve as an HR Business Partner and trusted coach to senior leaders supporting Adobe’s Enterprise Engineering Organization. Partner across Engineering and Program Management to solve critical organizational and people issues, lead organization design, and serve as a “Chief People Officer” for supported teams. Instill culture aligned to Adobe values, influence leadership decision-making, and speak to business needs beyond HR while driving change and talent development.

•Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization.
•Address critical organizational and people issues, including identifying and developing leadership talent and driving culture and change management.
•Ensure implementation of optimal organization design to enable leadership and organizational scaling.
•Lead Employee Experience for the supported teams as a “Chief People Officer.”
•Instill Adobe’s values-driven culture and speak “business” more than “HR” while acting as a leader throughout the company.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,900 - 305,950 annually
