Job Summary

Drive day-to-day Human Capital Operations for the EMEA region, executing hire-to-exit transactions in Workday and ServiceNow HRSD. Partner with global and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate employee data, smooth onboarding/offboarding, and compliance-driven background check follow-ups. Support HC operations transformation by documenting processes, identifying pain points, participating in system testing, and sharing expertise with junior colleagues to improve scalability and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute HC transactions across the employee lifecycle in Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, including hires, exits, transfers, and employee data changes.
•Support onboarding and offboarding processes, guiding pre-hire/onboarding and assisting leavers to ensure smooth transitions.
•Conduct background checks and follow-ups for hiring and compliance-related recertifications, resolving discrepancies as needed.
•Coordinate across HC, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and partner teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution.
•Support EMEA process expertise and transformation by improving workflows, participating in system testing/validation, and providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
•6+ years of experience in HC Operations, HR Operations, People Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services firm.
•Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and data in Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, and Greenhouse ATS.
•Experience supporting EMEA HR processes, including employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and data changes.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
