Installation Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end installation scheduling and customer communication for assigned key accounts. Review work orders, ensure accurate scope and dates, and maintain the installation calendar. Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements, track installation metrics by product type, and manage post-install documentation including change orders, invoices, and credit memos. Serve as a primary point of contact for pricing, questions, and concerns.
