Key Responsibilities

•Lead in-country technology strategy and execution for Corporate and Institutional Banking, aligned to Group and Regional CIO direction.
•Provide hands-on engineering leadership and architecture with a focus on API-led integration and platforms aligned to the India Digital Public Stack.
•Ensure technology delivery and operations comply with India-specific regulatory requirements, including FEMA and Digital Lending guidance/circulars.
•Own in-country oversight of the change portfolio and represent India demand into global/regional portfolios for Group-level prioritisation.
•Provide governance for application and service management for locally owned services, including incident/problem management, change control, and service quality, while embedding security-by-design practices.
