•Perform wheel/rim repair work in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools.
•Work the scheduled shift (four 10-hour days Monday–Thursday, 6:30pm–5:30am).
•Be available to work mandatory overtime based on business needs when required.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments).
