Job Summary

Lead a multi-disciplinary Threat Research Insights team that publishes and amplifies technical threat research for external audiences while driving internal awareness across TrendAI™. Own the long-term editorial strategy, voice and style guide, and content roadmap. Collaborate with threat researchers, product marketing, and communications partners to ensure the right research reaches the right people at the right time, while optimizing performance via SEO/GEO, social, growth marketing, and PR.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the long-term editorial strategy and content roadmap, including thematic pillars aligned to broader business goals.
•Own the publishing strategy to amplify technical threat research across company channels while establishing and enforcing the TrendAI voice and tone.
•Collaborate with full-time threat researchers to identify, prioritize, and surface research for each audience.
•Lead, grow, and develop a multi-disciplinary team spanning publication, social, events, and internal awareness functions.
•Run internal awareness bridging threat research with the rest of the company and provide executive reporting translating editorial successes into business outcomes.

•10+ years of relevant experience across security, communications, marketing, or related fields.
•Proven people-leadership experience, including 5+ years managing teams (including managing other managers or team leads).
•Strong communications background to translate complex, technical research into clear, compelling content across multiple channels and formats.
