Key Responsibilities

  • •Sample aggregates, ready mix concrete, and concrete masonry products to ensure they meet specifications and testing parameters.
  • •Learn and support concrete production and testing procedures, including batching ready-mix operations.
  • •Operate and maintain ready-mix production facilities and equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
  • •Coordinate daily/weekly scheduling with management, plant personnel, crew members, and external customers to obtain mix design criteria and samples.
  • •Prepare and submit quality control documentation, evaluate test results, and address problems as they arise.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in the concrete industry is preferred.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a 3/4 ton pickup with a 20’ trailer.
  • •Knowledge and daily use of Microsoft Office applications; must be able to work independently and in team environments.
