HR Specialist, South Europe (Italian OR French speaker)

Own country-specific HR operations support for France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, including labor law guidance, leave management, exit administration, and updates to benefits in coordination with Total Rewards. Facilitate trainings on local legislation, support HRBPs in investigations, and serve as a point of contact for trade unions and works councils. Deliver and improve HR operations processes and execute regional HR operations projects aligned with global practices and payroll.
