Citizens Teller

Greet customers in branch lobbies and help them complete simple transactions using digital tools such as the mobile app and ATMs. Provide personalized advice and solutions to support customers’ financial goals, answer questions, and connect customers to Bankers for next steps. Follow all cash-handling, state/local laws, and financial policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the branch team’s success.
