Key Responsibilities

•Support Employee Experience programs that shape employee journeys from onboarding through day-to-day working life.
•Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, People Operations/HR Shared Services, and HR Business Partnering) on processes and projects.
•Get hands-on with COE processes and identify opportunities to drive efficiency and bring new ideas to improve employee experience.
•Help with day-to-day HR operations by learning HR systems and workflows that keep the function running (including Workday).
•Build relationships across the people function and develop an internal network of colleagues.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,000 - 114,000
