Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage server fleet support within a ticketing system, including power cycling, troubleshooting, and replacing failed components.
  • •Act as the first point of contact for break-fix technicians, prioritize ticket queues, and resolve escalated issues.
  • •Perform physical installation, movement, and decommissioning of equipment; support capacity expansions and retrofits.
  • •Assist with inventory and asset tracking and collaborate with Physical Security and EHS for safety and compliance.
  • •Provide 24/7 support as part of a team, working scheduled shifts that may include holidays.

Key Requirements

  • •College/Technician Degree or equivalent professional experience/certification in Engineering.
  • •Knowledge of Linux and server hardware repairs.
  • •Working knowledge of HTTP, DNS, RAID, and DHCP.
  • •At least three years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • •Ability to work scheduled shifts as part of a 24/7 support team, including possible holidays.
