Manage a portfolio of corporate clients in Vilnius, owning client relationship management, trading account setup, and deal execution. •Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing products including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management while upselling capabilities.

•Deliver on KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing churn, upselling/cross-selling, and increasing wallet share.
•Build and maintain client relationships through meetings and confident presentation of ideas, proposals, and updates.

Key Requirements

•Strong financial services experience in a sales or relationship management role, with an established network of contacts as an advantage.
•Experience working in an FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.

•Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus.
•Fluency in Lithuanian and strong business-level English, with exceptional communication skills and strong negotiating ability.
