Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full project lifecycle from Initiation to Closing following PMBOK standards.
  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Project Plan defining charter, scope, and integrated change control processes.
  • •Own successful implementation, cutover, and hand-off to the Support team for emergency call handling projects.
  • •Schedule, monitor, and manage detailed project schedules (WBS) and ensure milestones are met.
  • •Monitor financial objectives, manage budgets, and perform cost analyses to keep projects within financial constraints.
