Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full project lifecycle from Initiation to Closing following PMBOK standards.
•Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Project Plan defining charter, scope, and integrated change control processes.
•Own successful implementation, cutover, and hand-off to the Support team for emergency call handling projects.
•Schedule, monitor, and manage detailed project schedules (WBS) and ensure milestones are met.
•Monitor financial objectives, manage budgets, and perform cost analyses to keep projects within financial constraints.
