Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a team of industrial staff to ensure safe working practices and authorised, competent delivery of the work programme.
  • •Analyse business performance to deliver outputs within unit costs, authorised prime costs, quality standards, and required timescales; identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Prepare and manage budgets and monitor cost information to minimize discretionary spend through proactive cost control.
  • •Support development and delivery of robust short (6–12 week) and medium (3–12 month) plans and ensure efficient achievement of performance targets.
  • •Provide effective depot management aligned to the district and respond to customer complaints by taking ownership and resolving appropriately.

Key Requirements
