•Support tracking of the Future Ready strategy, including business priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and results.
•Follow up with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed on time; raise delivery risks and blockers when needed.
•Lead and drive cross-department projects.
•Support and coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives such as Rapid Productivity.
