Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute tool hookup activities to integrate manufacturing equipment with facility utility systems (power, gas, chemical, water, exhaust).
  • •Review and interpret engineering drawings (P&ID, schematics, layouts) to support accurate design, installation, and system integration.
  • •Manage on-site construction activities including contractor coordination, schedule tracking, quality control, and EHS compliance.
  • •Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to validate system performance and production readiness while maintaining cleanroom and safety standards.
  • •Develop technical documentation (as-built drawings, system configurations, SOPs), collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve interface issues, and drive continuous improvement using AI-enabled insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
  • •Experience in semiconductor facilities, tool hookup, or construction/project management (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of utility systems (UPW, WWT, gas, chemical, HVAC, exhaust).
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents (e.g., P&ID, schematics, layouts).
  • •Familiarity with AI/digital tools, data analysis, or automation technologies (plus) and strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
