•Support new business onboarding and growth initiatives within the constraints of existing workloads and approved budgets.
•Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment that encourages employee engagement, teamwork, and open communication.
•Manage multiple teams or functions through the direct leadership of managers, providing coaching, direction, and strategic oversight.

•Seasoned Transfer Agency leader with extensive regulatory and business expertise, ideally within Luxembourg or a comparable regulated environment.
