Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end administration of Workfront, AEM Assets and Jira, including system configuration, workflow design, permissions, and licensing
•Define and enforce governance frameworks, usage standards, and best practices across workflow platforms across Marketing
•Develop and maintain the product roadmap and long-term strategy for Workfront and AEM Assets, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
•Partner with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
•Collaborate with Change Management and Enablement teams to drive user adoption, training, and ongoing platform engagement

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets, including platform design, configuration, and governance
•Strong knowledge of Workfront and AEM Assets features, functionality, and best practices
•Experience partnering with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflow and asset management solutions
•Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
