Deploy and support air defense products with a focus on hands-on technical operations across the lifecycle—installing, maintaining, and repairing sensor equipment and related site infrastructure. •Support military air defense projects through technical operations, field maintenance, customer field support, and training.
•Resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues encountered in unstructured field conditions.
•Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams and advise on operational structure for technical success.
•Develop and execute operational and logistical plans for events, including resource allocation and requirements tracking.
•Perform incident response with root-cause analyses, post-incident reviews, preventive measures, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of strong problem solving in unstructured environments across hardware, software, and networking.
•Ability to climb towers to install, maintain, and repair sensor equipment (cameras, radars, Pan Tilt Units/PTU).
•Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair critical site infrastructure (generators, solar power systems, hydraulic systems).
•Experience performing preventative maintenance on tower structure components (guy wires, anchors, lightning protection, structural integrity and safety).
•Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret clearance.
