Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales targets for Bancassurance in Premier and Premier Elite customer segments and drive productivity, participation, revenue, and sales quality.
•Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders to improve customer satisfaction; conduct portfolio reviews and provide financial planning advice, recommending insurance solutions based on risk profiles.
•Identify opportunities for coaching through joint appointments and keep Relationship Managers updated on new products, market trends, and technical knowledge.
•Plan and organise customer events at branch or regional levels, and serve as a speaker during events to engage customers.
•Assist customers with after-sales needs including claims, policy changes, and general support.

Key Requirements

•Strong result-driven mindset with interest in product sales and advisory.
•Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, especially in bancassurance and life insurance sales, ideally within a banking environment.
•Excellent communication and people skills.
•Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits.
•Must hold PCE, CEILI, and TBE licenses.
