Key Responsibilities

•Own high-impact processes: Own one or more automation surfaces end-to-end: instrumentation, workflow mapping, SQL/data analysis, tool changes, experiment evaluation, rollout, monitoring, and post-launch debugging.
•Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs and harnesses) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability.
•Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions.
•Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes.
•Manage complex projects end-to-end: Autonomously drive initiatives in ambiguous, fast-changing healthcare tech environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
•Strong SQL fluency - comfortable querying, analyzing, and structuring data to drive insights and automation.
•Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills; able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
•Bonus: Experience with AI Automation Infrastructure, such as Prompt Iteration, Evaluations, Failure Analysis, Agent Workflows, Hallucination/Leakage/Overfitting Risks, Human-in-the-Loop Design, Confidence Thresholds, Auditability, Production Monitoring.
