Job Summary

Senior sales leader responsible for guiding a team of Enterprise Account Executives in a quota-driven, solution-based sales process. You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success and Marketing to close software and services deals, engage senior executives in target accounts, forecast precisely, and navigate enterprise procurement, including public sector considerations, to accelerate growth in the Smartsheet footprint.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of Account Executives to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and drive overall regional performance.
•Serve as player/coach in the execution of a complex, solution-based sales process across multiple groups within Enterprise accounts.
•Develop and grow existing business opportunities by coaching account executives to build and execute account strategies.
•Drive senior executive engagement in target accounts and push for cross-functional alignment to close large deals.
•Forecast accurately and manage relationship planning and sales methodology execution across the region.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management of enterprise software, preferably Enterprise SaaS teams.
•7+ years of experience in the software industry with current SaaS experience preferably on the business applications side (selling to sales, marketing, HR, finance, manufacturing within Enterprise accounts)
•Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask, work cross-functionally within the organization, and thrive in a collaborative environment
•Demonstrated ability to execute sales methodologies (e.g. The Challenger Sale)
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
