Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end user experiences for key digital journeys, including browsing, ordering, and loyalty across web and app
•Contribute to the Atlas/global design system and design tokens to ensure consistency across markets
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences
•Advance accessibility and inclusive design practices, ensuring WCAG-compliant and mobile-first performance
•Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and usability testing results to improve usability and impact

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably on consumer-facing digital products.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and/or mobile applications.
•Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
•Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.
•Familiarity with user research methods and ability to apply insights to design decisions
